Everything about how Freely works for you lives in Settings (/settings). Here’s what you’ll find.
Your business profile
- Business & legal info — name, legal name, registration number, address, bio.
- Currency & language — set your default currency and interface language (English or Portuguese).
How you work
- Default view — choose whether you land on the Assistant (chat-first) or the Workspace (dashboard-first). Freely adapts to how you like to operate.
Your AI
- AI API Keys (BYOK) — use Freely’s built-in AI, or add your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key to run on your account. Freely validates the key live. (An AI subscription like ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro/Max is not an API key — you’ll need a developer API key, which is billed separately. See How your AI is powered.)
- Claude Agent SDK — a separate connection for advanced/self-hosted setups.
- Connections — link ChatGPT and your social profiles (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Calendar — connect Google Calendar (
/settings/calendar).
Billing
Under billing you’ll see your current plan, your AI credits (used and remaining), any overage, an estimated total, and recent invoices — so there are no surprises.
