Two kinds of things show up here:
- Follow-ups ready to send — a chase message the Brain has drafted for an overdue invoice.
- Suggested playbooks — a recovery strategy the Brain has drafted from your history, waiting to be turned on.
Accepting and dismissing
Every item has two choices:
- Accept — for a follow-up, this sends it (through the normal approval path). For a suggested playbook, this activates it.
- Dismiss — hides the item. A dismissed suggestion won’t keep coming back, so the Inbox stays clean.
That’s it. No configuration, no queues to manage — just decide and move on.
Why it’s separate from everything else
Money decisions deserve a calm, single place to make them. Instead of notifications scattered across the app, the Inbox is the one screen that answers “what does my business need me to decide today?”
Your control is absolute
Nothing in the Inbox acts on its own. A follow-up only sends when you accept it; a playbook only activates when you accept it. Dismiss anything, anytime. The Brain proposes — you always decide.
