What you’ll see
- Best tones — which style of follow-up (gentle, friendly, firm) is getting your customers to pay. The Brain uses this to write better drafts over time.
- Suggestion acceptance — how often you’re accepting the drafts the Brain proposes. A high number means it’s learning your voice well.
- Recovered — how much money the follow-ups have actually brought back, grouped by currency.
Why it matters
Insights isn’t a dashboard you have to set up or interpret — it’s a short, honest summary of results. It answers the only question that counts: is this working?
And it’s not just for you. The Brain reads these outcomes to improve the next draft it writes — so the more it runs, the smarter your recovery gets.
